I (she/they) am queer-identified, mixed race (Lebanese and White), generally White-passing, a partner, and a parent through adoption. I believe we are all deeply connected and interconnected. I am delighted and honored to do the work I do and to meet other humans in such an authentic and intentional way.
I value social justice, connection to the present moment, flexibility and humor, and do my best to live out these values. In this strange world we inhabit, I am aware that parts of my identity enjoy great privilege and other parts of me do not. Both in my own life and with clients, I try to hold space and spaciousness for the complexities that reside in each of us.
I am an independent practitioner and licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon (license number L5721). I have worked in the field of social work for twenty years, in a variety of environments including community-based work, home-based work, education, and agencies, and have developed a focus in trauma-focused and strengths-based work. I love to nerd out on neuroscience and I use evidence-based and somatic approaches.
I love my work and feel deeply grateful to create a space with clients that is grounded, creative, welcoming and laughter-filled.
